NTSC Products

The games and the consoles available on this site are in NTSC format (North American). They are not compatible with televisions equiped with standard visual PAL (used in Europe and Australia). Since some games are made to function only in certain parts of the world, you must verify with the fabricant of your console if the games sold in North America are compatible with your system before proceeding with your order. An NTSC PAL adapter is required for the good operation of certain products.

Prices
 
The prices, products and special offers announced on our DIMENSION online boutique may differ from the ones offered in our DIMENSION stores. If you are not satisfied with changes made you may communicate with us, by email at the following address: info@dimensiongames.com within 24 hours following your online transaction. This will automatically cancel your order.

DIMENSION reserves the right to refuse any transaction with certain clients and as well as to limit the quantity available for each product.

It may happen that the price indicated on your credit card statement be inferior to the amount indicated on our online boutique. DIMENSION can not be held responsible regarding the exactness of prices announced on its site.

International currencies
 
In order to allow you to shop in simplicity, the prices indicated on our online boutique will automatically be converted to the currency you have beforehand selected. DIMENSION offers you a money conversion service. The currencies of your country are subject to fluctuations in currency value and may be subject to processing fees by your financial institutions.

Return policy
 
DIMENSION offers a thirty (30) warranty following the date of purchase of the new game and pre-played game and offers a thirty day (30) warranty following the date of purchase of the new system and the second-handed system. If after reception, the product received does not correspond to the product ordered or if it is defective, we will refund you through your credit card, Paypal or will exchange it according to the availability of the product. In the case of an eventual refund, all the fees by Paypal will be at the customer’s charge and the Paypal refund will be made in the buyer’s Paypal account only. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging. In any case, Dimension will not pay the delivery fees back. We are not responsible for any products damaged during the delivery. Privacy and security

In order to assure your protection and that of our DIMENSION stores against fraudulent transactions, DIMENSION may transmit to a recognized third party the information regarding your transaction in order to verify your address. Your order may take more than five days to process and verify. Such verifications are to ensure that the billing address you have provided corresponds to the address associated with the credit card. DIMENSION reserves the right to refuse to deliver to certain addresses articles ordered or bought on this site. In the event where DIMENSION decides not to deliver an article, you will be advised by email and the amount charged to your credit card will be reimbursed.
